iFINEST ACADEMY is an independent, privately operated exam preparation service. We are not sponsored or endorsed by the New York City Police Department (NYPD), the New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS), or any other government agency or examination provider. Exam names are trademarks of the respective owners and used for identification purposes only.

Our materials are supplemental study aids. We make no guarantee, promise, or warranty of any outcome — including passing any examination, achieving any score, promotion, appointment, or eligibility. Official examination requirements, dates, and source materials are published by DCAS and the NYPD; if our materials conflict with official materials, the official materials control. You are responsible for your own preparation and for verifying all examination requirements directly with DCAS.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release iFINEST ACADEMY and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim arising out of your use of the service or your examination results, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid iFINEST ACADEMY for the enrollment giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost wages, lost overtime, or lost promotional opportunity.

This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Acceptance at enrollment

These terms are presented again, in full, when you enroll, and enrollment requires your recorded acceptance of them.
